As a Salesforce Solution Engineer, you'll be the bridge between our clients' aspirations and the limitless potential of the Salesforce ecosystem! You'll collaborate with our Growth/Sales, Professional Services, and Development teams to craft tailored solutions that empower businesses to meet their goals. As the key technical lead for pre-sales activity, you will shape the vision for our engagements with enterprise customers leveraging the Salesforce platform.You will be a key contributor to the success of our Growth/Sales team by performing technical discovery qualification, delivering product demonstrations, developing proof of concepts (PoCs), and leading technical workshops.About You: You are a pre-sales tech-savvy trailblazer adept at turning business challenges into opportunities and solutions. You're a Salesforce expert with the passion to weave magic using clouds, code, and customer relationships! We want you to join our dynamic team as a Salesforce Solution Engineer.

What You'll Do:

Provideprimary technical support through the pre-sales cycle for prospects Effectively lead business and technical presentations, demonstrations, and conversations, translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Build key client and partner relationships by understanding their environment and introducingnew solutions to complex problems. Effectively position our bundle of productized professional services leveraging the Salesforce ecosystem against competitive options within prospects and customers. Work cross functionally with Growth/Sales, Architecture, Development, Professional Services, and Marketing teams. Provide professional responses to customer RFPs / RFIs. Provide inputs to Statements of Work (SOW) for Professional Services.

What You'll Need:

Proven experience growing Salesforce professional services revenue in a pre-sales technical support role. Proficiency in Salesforce multi-cloud platform capabilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills to captivate both technical and non-technical audiences. Passion for understanding clients' needs and experience building strong relationships based on trust and expertise.

Ability to solicit business requirements, develop a technical sales strategy, optimally configure and demonstrate solutions that address these requirements to provide business value. B.S. Computer Science or equivalent is required. Master's degree is a plus.
