Manage the Salesforce administrators, helpdesk support, and CRM data support.
As a CRM System Operations Manager at PayPal you will:
Be part of an empowered team following agile methodologies.
Manage the CRM helpdesk support, Salesforce administrators, and CRM data support.
Be responsible for off-hours support scheduling and coverage.
Back up our primary Salesforce.com administrator when needed.
Gather and documenting business requirements and functional specifications.
Oversee managed package installation and upgrades for Salesforce AppExchange products.
Review helpdesk and exception error reporting for CRM data quality and coordinate with Salesforce development team as needed.
Work with business and technology colleagues in self-directed high-ownership teams.
Qualifications for success:
A bachelor’s degree with major or minor in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
At least 5-10 years of CRM experience.
Knowledge of manage packages and integration with systems like Five9, Conga Composer, DocuSign, Demand tools, Pardot etc.
Strong knowledge of relational databases.
Experience in SQL, SOQL, or reporting.
Experience in an Agile software development environment using tools like Jira.
Excellent problem solving, time management and interpersonal skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
