We're offering a $25,000 sign-on bonus! The Surgery Department Surgical Technologist will support the University of Cincinnati Medical Center's operating room (OR) and Greater Cincinnati's only Level I Trauma Center, delivering high-quality care to patients based on assessed needs. The major focus is on the scrub role but may also include an assistant circulator role under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. Education and Experience Requirements: Education: High school diploma or GED minimum required. Associate degree in surgical technology, preferred degree Years of Experience: 6 months- 2 years of active experience Required Certifications: Must be certified by the Association of Surgical Technologists (AST) and maintain that certification.
