The PayPal Core Security Product Engineering organization is looking for crypto engineer who is passionate about security and building security products leveraging cutting-edge PayPal technology stacks for securing PayPal customer data. A successful candidate would closely work with security architects and domain technical leads in designing, developing and debugging encryption and key management products in Java, Python, C++ and leveraging cutting-edge PayPal security technologies.

Primary Job Responsibilities

The PayPal Core Security Product Engineering organization is looking for crypto engineer who is passionate about security and building security products leveraging cutting-edge PayPal technology stacks for securing PayPal customer data. A successful candidate would closely work with security architects and domain technical leads in designing, developing and debugging encryption and key management products in Java, Python, C++ and leveraging cutting-edge PayPal security technologies.

Job Requirements

10+ years of experience in Software Development, 5+ in Java

Experience with symmetric and asymmetric Cryptography

Knowledge about Key Management Systems

Understanding & Experience of Object Oriented Concepts

Experience with design patterns and data structures

Working knowledge of Linux, Git, Jenkins, JUnit, Maven

Experience with Test Driven Development
