• Should have good knowledge on the Industrial Automation & Drives market and competency to handle Siemens DI Products portfolio.

• Knowledge in various verticals like Automotive, Tyre, Cement, F&B, Chemical, Water, Power, Steel etc.

• Know how in handling Corporate and major accounts in Auto & Auto ancillary, Tyre end user segments.

• Participate in direct calls and leads in presentations to customers, consultants and specifies.

• Maintains personal contact with major customers to ensure appropriate level of customer satisfaction is achieved.

• Technical expert Automation, VFD’s & on motion control products and applications with hands on exposure is preferred.

• Responsible for bringing is business volume by providing optimized solution, conducting pilot, achieving the desired

performance of the system .

• Responsible for value selling and product promotion into the market for Automation, VFD & Servo (Motion Control), AC Variable Speed Drives to convert into business.

• Driving business through Channel Partners, Engaging Customers (End users, Panel Builders, contractors) & Consultants.

• Responsible for sensitizing internal colleagues & support Channel partners to combat competition especially for complex motion applications.

• Should have fair knowledge on competition business model and products and should be able position siemens with its value proposition.

• Will be responsible to aggressively to explore in Industry 4.0 space and pitch in with siemens digitalization offerings.

• Prepare and execute an annual business plan with growth measures for the Team and channel partners and should map the progress

• Should be a self-management personnel with a willingness to travel extensively with sales acumen

Should possess Sales Experience of 5-10 Years in the Area of Automation & Drives
