Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining dry cast concrete equipment throughout our plant. The role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and ensuring the safety and functionality of plant machines, equipment, building, and grounds. This position plays a crucial role in the safe and efficient production of our concrete products. You'll be working in a large, industrial, covered indoor/outdoor facility in teams of 5-6. Shifts are Monday to Friday from 4am to 2pm, with potential Saturday shifts from 4am to 10am as needed. Overtime may be required and can range from 5-10 hours per week. The willingness to work on Saturdays if necessary is a must.
