One Family.PURPOSE STATEMENT As the Senior Manager, IT Product Management, Enterprise Supply Chain, you'll lead the development of digital products for our Supply Chain operations, focusing on Order-to-Cash, Source-to-Settle, and Plan-to-Make processes. You'll collaborate with Global Procurement, Customer Service & Logistics, and Supply Chain Planning functions, and support our Sustainability program. This involves working with cross-functional stakeholders in business functions and IT to develop a clear vision for the digital product that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Required:* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or closely related field* Demonstrated experience in food and beverage, CPG, medical, or commercial software industries* 5+ years of experience in managing and delivering IT products and platforms, including those leveraging AI, with a proven track record of success.* Strong knowledge of IT product development lifecycle and project management methodologies, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive change, and experience in leading the development and execution of comprehensive product and platform strategies.* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision making, and the ability to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
