nVent Marketing Automation Specialist in Brasov, Romania

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist with expertise in the field and a strong background in utilizing technology to enhance business processes. The ideal candidate will have global oversight and responsibility for the integrated technology stack that underpins the sales and marketing departments and that ultimately ensure leads and contacts get to the right person, at the right time with the most information.

Center of Excellence Marketing Automation

  • Architecting lead lifecycle process and working with sales and marketing to define each stage

  • Planning and designing the lead management flow, be responsible for operationalizing it within Marketo and the CRM, and fine-tuning the process over time

  • Set up, maintain, and optimize lead scoring models in Marketo

  • Training and supporting the Marketing team

  • Creating and maintaining detailed documentation, including operational processes, workflows, and training documents

  • Updating Marketing Automation dashboard and reporting

  • Point of contacts for Enterprise team in business related matters

  • Testing Marketo product features and passing on knowledge to team

Database Management and Data Governance

  • Implement quality control procedures to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly and participate in cross-functional data hygiene/governance initiatives

  • Maintain data quality for the global marketing database

  • Keeping Marketo Templates up to date

  • Importing contact lists / fixing errors / enforcing GDPR compliance

  • Monitoring forms / creating new fields for efficient synchronization with the CRM

  • Monitoring contact lists creation

  • Managing data enrichment workflows

  • Managing subscription management

  • Adding Newsletter Subscriber from other channels, as necessary

  • Proactively review and identify areas to increase efficiency with automation

Collaboration with Sales Operations Team

The Marketing Automation Specialist will work alongside sales operations to ensure marketing and sales data are syncing between Marketo and the CRM. This includes determining field mapping and ensuring the right fields are being synced to support campaigns and reporting.

  • Supporting marketing automation integration flows

  • Improvements in CRM (Sales Force) segmentation

  • GDPR related questions for lead and contact object

  • CRM Champions Calls and passing on information to marketing team

YOU HAVE:

  • Strong understanding of Marketo, Salesforce.com, ERPs, and sales/marketing automation

  • Data management and database management experience preferred

  • Strong analytical skills required

  • Data visualization experience required

  • Must possess excellent organization and time management skills

  • Fluency in English, excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong presentation skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and deadlines

  • Proficient in reading and creating process flow charts and diagrams

  • Strong teamwork orientation works well with cross-functional departments and ability to build and maintain strong relationships; willingness to help larger teams meet goals and responsibilities.
