Google Customer and Partner Solutions Engineer II, gTech in Boulder, Colorado

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience working with web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).

  • Experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).

  • Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

  • 2 years of experience in an analytical role such as business intelligence, data analytics, or statistics.

  • 2 years of experience working with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).

  • 2 years of experience working with systems (e.g., Linux, Unix, Windows).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $94,500-$139,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

  • Develop solutions, provide consulting services to our partners, build lasting relationships, and be aware of the client's needs.

  • Help partners in their day-to-day challenges by being the subject matter expert, delivering innovative and scalable solutions, and troubleshooting their technical issues.

  • Propose, design, create, and present prototypes, demos, and proofs-of-concept to a wide variety of audiences, from engineers to marketing professionals.

  • Perform implementation reviews and advocate for product features. Provide partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams.

  • Deliver business intelligence and leverage internal and external data sources to provide data insights to drive decision-making.
