Position Overview

You will report to a Product Support Manager and require the use of judgement and independent decision-making when managing caseload to achieve individual, team, and organizational goals.

Shift Timing – It will be EMEA (02:30 PM – 10:30 PM however it may change as per our requirements (You will work in a flexible shift environment).

Responsibilities:

• Respond to support requests through multiple channels (chat, phone, web, online forums, and other channels) and follow documented processes.

• Document support interactions in a company-wide case management system

• Escalate and consult unresolved issues to senior staff

• Research, verify and document product defects.

• Handle the personal backlog of support requests

• Manage customer and partner expectations by providing updates on the progress.

• Support the fundamental development of internal knowledge base quality, through the Knowledge Centered Support (KCS) methodology.

• Influence and contribute to product management and development to contribute to successful improvements.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a related field and at least 3 years of product experience in a relevant industry

• Expertise in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM).

• Good work experience with Fusion Electronics/EAGLE.

• Competent knowledge of Autodesk products ( Autodesk Fusion 360 , FeatureCAM, PowerShape, PowerMill, PartMaker, Inventor, Eagle, or similar software)

• Good verbal and communication skill.

• Understand and convey complex technical details coherently to a live or virtual audience.

• Maintain relationships with partners and customers.

• Team player who enjoys supporting and interacting with other members of a shared responsibility team
