What you’ll achieve

As a DevSecOps Architect, you will be entrusted with driving the transformation towards Agile and DevSecOps methodologies within our organization. Your primary focus will involve leading DevSecOps transformations, with expertise in technical aspects such as tool migration, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), Continuous Deployment and Test Automation. Furthermore, you will utilize your prowess in data analytics to measure and evaluate performance metrics, conducting both qualitative and quantitative analysis to facilitate continuous improvement initiatives

You will:

• Be part of our DevSecOps Governance and Strategy team in order to develop and operationalize, improve and evolve internal software delivery processes and our technology ecosystems for our internal customers to help drive enterprise-level DevSecOps transformations

• Apply data analytics techniques for measuring and evaluating DevSecOps and Agile metrics, employing both qualitative and quantitative analysis methods in order to develop maturity models in both DevSecOps and Agile domains, providing a roadmap for organizational growth and advancement

• Utilize expertise in building and operating control frameworks to ensure compliance and security in DevSecOps processes

• Engage in technical writing to define standards to support DevSecOps practices, ensuring clarity and consistency, and operationalize them effectively across the organization

• Operate, consult and collaborate across organisational boundaries, forming alliances to ensure greater efficiency and effectiveness of DevSecOps and Agile practices as well as provide technical leadership and guidance to product teams, nurturing a culture of collaboration and innovation

Essential Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant experience in Deep, fundamental understanding of Software Engineering DevSecOps and Continuous Improvement principles, practices, processes and Agile methodologies

• Experience in guiding organizational shifts towards these methodologies, overseeing technical endeavours such as tool migration, CI/CD implementation, and test automation

• Experience in defining and assessing maturity across both Agile and DevSecOps domains

• An understanding of DevSecOps and Security Controls and associated Governance practices

Desirable Requirements

• Solid understanding and experience with DevSecOps and Security toolchains

• Proven experience in operating Communities of Practice, Centres of Excellence or equivalent organizational structures
