Google Senior Product Manager, Storage Ecosystem in Bengaluru, India

Minimum qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in technical product management.

  • Experience developing Internet products and technologies.

  • Experience creating product roadmaps from conception to launch, driving the product outlook, defining go-to-market strategy, and leading design discussions.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working across large groups of internal stakeholders and partnerships, and driving alignment across major business units.

  • Technical understanding of modern software stacks, public cloud infrastructure, and software architecture.

  • Entrepreneurial drive with great problem solving skills and an appreciation of design, user-experience, and cross-platform issues.

We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

As a Product Manager at Google, you could be working on new technologies, platforms, consumer facing products, and/or enterprise systems. The end goal will be to match you with the team that best aligns with your interests, experience, and where you will have the most impact.

  • Drive the overall outlook and strategy at Google, both in terms of short-term projects and longer-term bets. Partner with executive-level engineering leadership in multiple product areas to build and bring to market innovative features and products. Build a deep understanding of data-centric engineering, analytics, and policy management.

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering Leads and the Technical Lead within Core to create Google's future data management roadmap, strategy, and product offers.

  • Collaborate with other products to have an impact on the construction of a larger database and storage toolbox.

  • Collaborate with a variety of Google stakeholders, including executives in Search, Ads, Youtube, Geo, and Google Cloud, to shape infrastructure solutions.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally across many disciplines, including engineering, user experience design, technical program management, and customer engagement to ensure that users have the greatest possible experience.
