Key job responsibilities

As a Senior Product Manager for Prime Onboarding and Engagement, you will design the roadmap for Onboarding members into Prime and solve for early shopping activations and benefit engagement for Prime. You will also partner with India (partner teams like Prime Video/Shopping/Fuse etc), Emerging markets and worldwide teams to build new strategies and experiences for Prime.

The role requires high judgment and understanding to drive right outcomes for the members and business. A core skill for this role is to be able to simplify the Onboarding and engagement experience to help drive higher benefits awareness/engagement and member spends to eventually help member retention and growth.

Specific responsibilities will include:

• Drive the product strategy and actions regarding Prime Onboarding & engagement

• Drive the product strategy and actions for personalizing and simplifying Onboarding journeys across Prime and partner channel locations

• Work with global Prime and other relevant Amazon businesses to deliver roadmaps that results in a world-class customer journey.

• Contribute towards MBRs, QBRs, Roadmap reviews, OP etc

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

• Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
