We are looking for Project Manager, Telecom- Railway Infrastructure

You’ll make a difference by

  • Candidate will be responsible to define principle signaling design.

  • Technical management of the COM packages namely CCTV, PAS, PIDS, CCFRS, TETRA, TELEPHONE, MCS, FOTS.

  • Work closely with Overall Project Manager of project and ITC team for execution

  • Deliver project according to QCD, Contract and Safety commitments as specified at contract& related signed Variation Orders

  • Ensure that the project workload needs are well forecasted.

  • Familiar with Claims and Variations process.

  • Vendor management for the delivery of various systems supplied by the OEMs.

  • Able to identify Risk and opportunities in the project.

  • Define, review & adjust strategies of the project with Overall Project Manager;

  • Lead operationally the Project Team, defining the project priorities.

  • Support Overall Project Manager in getting customer acceptance of the project.

  • Ensure Project Management Processes, Methods and Tools are applied on project.

  • Ensure implementation of EHS.

  • Manage operational interface with client to satisfy contract requirements and plan compliance.

  • Support in Telecom Bids locally and internationally.

  • Willing to travel domestic and internationally as per the business needs.

Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or similar along with minimum 12-15 years of experience.

  • Advanced level of communication English

  • Advanced know-how of Metro Railway Communication Systems.

  • Experience in managing team for at least 5 years in railway / metro project for telecom

  • Ability to coach others. Occasionally has to pass on skills to others.

  • Have executed projects in past technical experience in metro telecom system is an added advantage.

  • Have experience of budgeting, risk management, planning skills and project management skills

  • Profit and Loss experience would be an added advantage.
