Oracle’s Financial Services Financial Crime & Compliance group is responsible for the development and marketing Financial Crime & Compliance Software. Our market leading financial crime and compliance software suite is used by leading financial institutions globally and underpins Customer Onboarding, Anti-Money Laundering and Enterprise Fraud systems at some of the largest financial institutions in the world.

We are currently seeking an expert Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. We wish to transform how the industry fights financial crime, leveraging the newest technologies, the latest advances in data science and the brightest minds. Join us and help realize our vision.

Your Opportunity

You form the first impression of our offering to customers. You build focused and creative material that makes the most sophisticated topics simple. You leave interested parties impressed with the breadth and advanced capabilities of our platform. You have ability to craft and execute product marketing initiatives and support them with appropriate collaterals and activities from both internal and external perspective. You are responsible for all the collateral around the product required to communicate in sales/pre-sales/industry events and other situations. You’ll work closely with our product, sales and field marketing organizations to set us apart from the rest.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • 8+ years of Product Marketing Experience

  • Experience with Product Marketing Concepts such as buyer-persona targeting, development & communication, design thinking.

  • Experience in anti-financial crime, banking or tech

  • Experience creating marketing and product centric collateral

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Travel: willingness to travel 25%

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment

Your Responsibilities

As an integral part of the FCCM Product Marketing Team; you will be responsible for the following

  • Assist in growing our business across our financial crime and compliance management portfolio that brings comprehensive and streamlined customer onboarding, financial crime detection, investigation and reporting capabilities augmented by advanced analytics and more

  • Partner with Marketing and Product Management in the process of developing the definition, messaging, and positioning of solutions.

  • Develop and engage in go-to-market campaigns, support marketing activities, and represent Oracle at industry events.

  • Develop and maintain marketing collateral, including thought leadership pieces, infographics, brochures and data sheets

  • Develop and maintain sales support materials/tools, including sales decks, product descriptions and other customer-facing collateral.

  • Support and participate in sales training

  • Perform market research and complete strategies to launch products to market.

  • Assess and identify market opportunities to build opportunities for existing and new products.

  • Completes qualitative assessment of competitors and their capabilities.
