Google Product Manager, Safer Ads in Bengaluru, India

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 7 years of experience in product management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience creating product roadmaps from conception to launch, driving the product goals, defining the go-to-market strategy, and leading design discussions.

  • Experience in cyber-security, risk, or a safety-related domain, with knowledge of security controls.

  • Experience with User Experience research and design.

  • Ability to build partner and stakeholder relationships, and to collaborate with partner teams.

We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

As a Product Manager at Google, you could be working on new technologies, platforms, consumer facing products, and/or enterprise systems. The end goal will be to match you with the team that best aligns with your interests, experience, and where you will have the most impact.

  • Work with anti-abuse teams to develop an understanding of emerging abuse trends and product vulnerabilities.

  • Develop a strategy and roadmap based on research and analysis to deliver on customer needs and combat emerging abuse trends.

  • Work with a cross-functional team (e.g., Engineering, UX Design, Support, Legal, Trust and Safety, and partner teams across Google) to deliver and land compelling product experiences that balance risk and business priorities.

  • Motivate and inspire partners, leadership, and advertisers to invest in Safer Ads experiences.
