What you’ll achieve

As a consultant , you will provide technical and consultative guidance for solutions opportunities on a range of complex engagements and deliver technical architectural design, strategies, and solutions for engagements.

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Resource in our Consulting team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune, SCCM, VMware Workspace One, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) technologies such as Horizon and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD). As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing endpoint management solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in driving successful migrations, ensuring seamless integration, and providing ongoing support for our clients' endpoint environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and technical challenges related to endpoint management.

• Design comprehensive solutions leveraging Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Workspace One, and VDI technologies to address client needs.

• Lead the implementation and configuration of endpoint management solutions, including setup, customization, and integration with existing systems.

• Execute migration projects from legacy endpoint management solutions to modern platforms, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

• Create comprehensive technical documentation, including design documents, implementation guides, and operational procedures.

Essential Requirements:

• Extensive experience (7+ years) in implementing and supporting endpoint management solutions, with a focus on Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and VMware Workspace One.

• Strong proficiency in designing and deploying virtual desktop infrastructure using VMware Horizon and Azure Virtual Desktop.

• In-depth knowledge of device management concepts, including mobile device management (MDM), mobile application management (MAM), and endpoint security.

• Hands-on experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation and customization tasks.

• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Desirable Requirements:

• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), or equivalent credentials are highly desirable.

• Experience with cloud-based desktop and application virtualization solutions (e.g., Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Workspace One).
