Diageo Finance Analyst in Bangalore, India

As a temporary contractor, you’ll be employed by our Managed Service Provider, Magnit Global, who manages most of our temporary contract hiring. You will not be employed by Diageo.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required

7 years management experience in finance in SSC or BPO with VBA and Macro experience

5-7 yrs of experience in Excel VBA, VBS and Automation (Intermediate/ Proficiency expected).

5 yrs of experience in SAP HANA and 3+ yrs of experience in Power BI

Advanced excel skills with complex formulas

Basic / Intermediate knowledge on Python will be an added advantage

Any Degree or B.E. IS/ B.E. CS / Computer science or MBA

Process understanding and experience in RTR process management both at an operational and leadership level

Strong business partnering skills with desire to make a difference beyond the own team and function

Proven ability to align multiple stakeholders and engage the organisation effectively

Project and Change management experience is preferred

TOP Accountabilities

Act as a guardian of RTR policies, processes (keep them up to date) and embed them across Diageo

Define and manage Global RTR Metrics and other RTR measures to success

Create possibilities to optimise, simplify and automate end to end RTR process and cross functional processes impacting RTR

Actively support DBS Global Operations and other FE projects through a senior team of subject matter experts

Deliver the RTR process control agenda (satisfactory audit ratings)
