Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer with expertise in SQLto join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in developing and implementing data visualization solutions using Tableau. The Tableau Developer will be responsible for analysing healthcare data, creating reports and dashboards, and developing custom Tableau solutions to meet business needs. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and develop Tableau solutions that effectively communicate data insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations that meetuserrequirements.

• Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and develop Tableau solutions that meet those needs.

• Develop custom Tableau solutions to automate healthcare reporting and improve data visualization.

• Perform quality assurance testing on all Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations.

• Provide training and support to end-users on Tableau solutions.

• Assist in Tableau servermaintenance.

• Monitor and remediate automation jobs for the flow of data intoTableau.

• Keep up to date with Tableau latest featuresand best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, or related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in Tableau development and data visualization.

• Strong experience with SQL and data analysis.

• Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing.

• Experience in developing interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with automation and scripting languages

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Knowledge of data visualization best practices and design principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Tableau Desktop Certification.

• Experience with other BI tools (Power BI, QlikView, etc.).
