In this position, you will support the Marketing & Other General Expenses ("MOGE") lines of Nestlé USA's P&L. As the Sr Financial Analyst you will conduct timely and accurate financial analysis and reporting to assist in the financial decision making within the organization. You'll continually develop financial and technical skills and interacts with cross-functional teams at all levels throughout the organization. In this role you will exercise good judgment, stay focused on results, and ensure the integrity of financial reporting in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepares analysis and reporting of MOGE through monthly period end closes, quarterly forecasting, and annual budgeting.

  • Ensure quality and accurate financial information and identify potential risks and opportunities are anticipated.

  • Partners cross-functionally to drive budget ownership and increase financial acumen throughout the organization.

  • Lead monthly and ad-hoc reviews with business partners by providing strategic insights and clear understanding of variances.

  • Participate in DF and annual budget process including variance analysis and driver/allocation impacts.

  • Assist in the identification and implementation of process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

  • Lead strategic project work, when applicable

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree required; Finance or Accounting degree preferred

  • Proven experience (4+ years) in Finance or related roles

  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial analysis, data modeling, and advanced Excel skills

  • Demonstrated understanding of activity-based costing, financial concepts, and period end close

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to drive financial performance.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
