Responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, technical maintenance and repairs/fixes of university-owned computers in classrooms, labs offices, and residence halls. Maintain, support, and secure University staff and lab computers. Create, manage, and install images for leased computers. Act as liaison between university and vendors to generate equipment configurations and quotes. Deploy newly leased computers: locate, clean, and palletize old computers for shipment back to the leasing company. Maintain University computer equipment inventory. Prioritizing and scheduling for completion of work orders. Consults and collaborates with network and Help Desk personnel to optimize university computer hardware and software use. Keep abreast of current technology.
