Responsibilities:

  • Daily calculations of pay by transferring data from a PDF to an Excel spreadsheet

``` - Weekly payroll journal entries via QuickBooks

``` - Daily creation of customer invoices in QuickBooks using calculated payroll

``` - Reviews entries of other team members for accuracy

```{=html}

``` - Maintains customer Purchase Order information for assigned groups to ensure accuracy

``` - Ensure that payroll, accounts payable, and purchasing documents are processed efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner.

``` - Supports internal and external audits

```{=html}

``` - Assist with ad hoc reports and projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience

``` - Proficiency using QuickBooks, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Excel

``` - Strong analytical ability and attention to detail

```{=html}

``` - Demonstrated ability to multitask and collaborate with various departments
